What does the Rock It Sounds warranty cover?

Rock It Sounds strives to exceed your expectations with every product we make. All Rock It Sounds products are made with premium components and the highest quality standards.

All products are covered by a one year warranty from the date of purchase. Keep your original receipt for your records. If your item fails under normal use while under warranty, please use the contact form to initiate your warranty claim.

We are currently preparing to release a robust new automated warranty system that will greatly simplify our warranty process. Meanwhile, newer items with serial numbers do require warranty registration. Please use the Warranty Registration link in the info menu until our new system is launched.

I received a product as a gift and want to know if I can still make a claim without a receipt?

If your product was a gift you do not need a receipt and packaging, please indicate the date received and the store you believe it was purchased at.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Please email us. If for any reason you do not receive an email reply from us within 72 hours, please contact customer service.

Can I exchange colors when I am returning a warranty item?

To get a different color on a warranty claim please email us and indicate the color you would like followed by exchange and we will do our absolute best to return the color of your choice.

Rock It Sounds strives to ship your order within 2 business days. Due to occasional delays beyond our control, processing time is not guaranteed. For shipping quotes, please login, add your desired items, and proceed to checkout. You will see real time shipping

rates before placing your order.












Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your product for a refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need an RMA. To return your product, please follow these guidelines:

  • In order to qualify for a refund of the full product price, the product must be original, undamaged, unopened packaging.
  • Defective merchandise may be returned for a replacement. However, please contact Rock It Sounds for troubleshooting before returning a defective item.
  • Put the product and packaging in a larger shipping weight cardboard box with adequate packaging (please do not use popcorn kernels).
  • Include a copy of the packing slip you received with your order and a note with your return reason, desired action by us, and your phone number.
  • A 20% restocking fee may be deducted for open items, items reported as defective which test to be non-defective, or damaged items.
  • Rock It Sounds cannot pay for shipping on items being returned to us.
  • Upon receiving your shipment, Rock It Sounds Audio will process you return within 3 days.
