Limited warranty 90 days labor & 1 year parts:
Rock It (RI) warrants this product free from defects in materials under normal usage for 1 year from date of purchase. RI agrees, within the initial 90-Day period after purchase date, to repair or replace the product, at RI’s discretion, if the product is determined to be defective, at ‘No Charge’.
RI agrees to cover the repairs or replacement costs of defective parts ONLY, for a maximum period of 1 Year from purchase date. This warranty does NOT cover cosmetic damage to product or it’s accessories by normal usage, mishandling, accidents, normal aging or by acts of nature. The purchaser MUST provide purchase proof to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to return product for service or replacement. Returns without RMA number on the package will not be accepted.
On receipt of the returned item under a valid RMA, RI will conduct an inspection to verify the type of service required. RI may service or replace the identical product at its discretion.
Returns MUST be with original package with ALL included accessories.
Returns MUST include RMA number, customer’s full name, address (including city, state zip code & country) contact details inside the package.
In the event the identical product is no longer available, RI will replace the customer with a replacement of equal value.
All RMA items for service MUST include return shipping fees US$35, payable by PayPal in advance to account@rockitsounds.com .
RMA number will be provided by RI after receipt of PayPal payment of return shipping fees.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES ARE NON -REFUNDABLE.
All RMA inquiries can be made by email only to customerservice@rockitsounds.com by quoting the RMA number in the email subject.
There are no express warranties except as stipulated above.
